By accessing or using the Ceuvita website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Ceuvita is a formulation science platform operated by DeepCeutix that provides pharmaceutical-grade formulation services for supplements, nutraceuticals, and botanicals. Our Services include:

• Computational formulation analysis and optimization
• Evidence dossiers with clinical study documentation
• Safety and bioavailability assessments
• Regulatory compliance documentation (FDA, EFSA, SFDA, and other frameworks)
• Manufacturing specifications and briefs
• Trust Mark certification for verified formulations
• Ongoing formulation monitoring and updates

Ceuvita provides formulation science and evidence documentation services. Our deliverables are based on analysis of published scientific literature, clinical data, and regulatory guidelines.

Important limitations

• Our services do not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, or legal advice
• Formulation recommendations are based on available published evidence and may not account for all variables in your specific manufacturing or market context
• Regulatory landscapes change frequently — our documentation reflects requirements at the time of delivery
• You are responsible for final product safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance in your target markets
• The Trust Mark certifies the formulation process, not the manufactured end product

Always consult with qualified regulatory, legal, and medical professionals before bringing a product to market.

Your formulations

Upon delivery and full payment of a License Pack, you receive complete ownership of the formulation specifications and associated deliverables. You may use them with any manufacturer, in any market, without royalties or ongoing fees.

Our platform and content

The Ceuvita platform, methodology, website content, branding, Trust Mark design, and proprietary analysis tools remain the intellectual property of DeepCeutix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or proprietary content without written permission.

Trust Mark usage

The Ceuvita Trust Mark is licensed for use exclusively on products formulated through our platform. Misuse or unauthorized display of the Trust Mark is prohibited and may result in revocation of your Trust Mark license.

Our formulation recommendations draw from publicly available sources including peer-reviewed journals, clinical trial registries, regulatory databases, and published pharmacological research. While we strive for accuracy and thoroughness:

• We do not guarantee that our analysis captures every relevant study or data point
• Scientific understanding evolves — recommendations reflect current evidence at the time of delivery
• Data from public sources may contain errors or be subject to retraction
• Our analyses are computational in nature and should be validated by qualified professionals

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Misrepresent the scope or nature of Ceuvita's involvement in your product development
• Use the Trust Mark on products not formulated through our platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary analysis methodology or tools
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our deliverables to third parties as standalone products
• Use our Services to develop products intended to deceive consumers or circumvent regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform or services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ceuvita and DeepCeutix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. However, ownership of any fully paid and delivered License Packs remains with you. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DeepCeutix is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email or a prominent notice on our website.
